My name is Disha and I am a senior in high school. I have been practicing yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises for over 5 years. These activities have really helped relieve the stress and anxiety from school work and my extracurricular activities. In my free time, I participate in a variety of clubs, such as Science Olympiad, and DECA. I am also the founder and president of the Laugh More, Stress Less club at my high school, in which I teach breathing exercises and meditation to my peers that are also in a similar situation to mine. I hope to continue sharing my experiences and the practices that I have compiled over the years of participating in classes and interacting with yoga gurus.
